Benedictine monastery Maribor

A new sign now welcomes visitors to the Benedictine Monastery in Maribor – designed entirely through Sacra Studio, typography included. We work silently, without much attention, yet with devotion to cultural growth and the revival of Catholic tradition in everyday life.
Here I also meet with the renowned Benedictine monk Fr. Dorotej Toić, author of many books and a voice of living tradition. The monastery is alive again, a place where theology, prayer, and culture meet. Attending Mass here is a profound gift – I warmly recommend a visit for peace, beauty, and renewal.
