Returns & Cancellations

Each Sacra Studio artwork is produced with great care and inspected before shipment.

Because our hand-signed giclée prints are created to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference after delivery
  • Minor variations in colour caused by screen settings

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sacrastudio.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging

After review, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement artwork
  • Repair (where applicable)
  • Refund, if replacement is not possible
  • Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once printing or preparation has commenced, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Limited Edition & Signed Works

Due to the collectible nature of hand-signed artworks, all sales of signed editions are considered final once production and signing have been completed.

 

Digital Fonts & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of fonts, digital downloads, and other downloadable content are final.

Once a font file or digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please review all product descriptions, specifications, and licensing information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or receive incorrect files, please contact us at info@sacrastudio.com within 14 days of purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement file or resolve the issue.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the purchased digital product is demonstrably defective and the issue cannot be resolved.
