In an age of peril and confusion, when the light of Christendom flickered under threat, St. Lawrence of Brindisi arose with the Cross. Clothed in the humble habit of a Capuchin friar, he led the faithful into battle, bearing the wooden Cross of Christ, the sole source of life, strength, and victory.

This artwork envisions that sacred procession: an army advancing not by human might, but by divine grace, steadfastly defending all that is true, beautiful, and holy. It resounds as a clarion call to our own generation: stand firm, lift high the Cross, and march forth without fear.
